For a long time, I thought strength meant being able to carry more: more responsibility, more pressure, more work, more of whatever needed to be handled. Capability is useful. The problem is when it becomes an identity we never stop to question.
This talk looks at the difference between something we can carry and something that is actually ours to carry, and what changes when the answer is no longer simply to work harder.
